ISO 9001:2000
Det Norske Veritas Certification, Inc. (DNV) certified Enable-IT, Inc. in 2003 for conformance to ISO 9002 and to ISO 9001:2000. This highly recognized Quality System Certification is accredited by ANSI*RAB and RvA. ISO certification assures customers that Enable-IT, Inc. maintains a well-defined and effective quality management and control system.
Lead-Free Process Validation
Complete visual and microstructural analysis were conducted to verify the microstructural integrity of Enable-I, Inc. PCB assemblies and ensures that each of the Enable-IT, Inc. solder connections meets IPC Standards Class III (Revision D/February 2005/ Supersedes Revision January 2000 Standard).
ESD Association Standards
Enable-IT, Inc. meets all of the requirements for handling electrostatic-discharge-sensitive (ESDS) devices, in accordance with ANSI, ESD S-20-20.
Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
The most recognized agency for electronic safety regulations and approvals. Enable-IT, Inc. helps its customers to achieve UL approval for their products.
Assocation Connecting Electronics Industries (IPC)
Enable-I, Inc. has adopted IPC-A-610 Class II and Class III as it's workmanship standard. An IPC certified training program has been implemented. IPC is a U.S. based trade association that provides guidelines and standards for the design, manufacturing and acceptance of electronics and electromechanical assemblies.
